A cultural day was celebrated on 14 March at Govt Graduate College for Women, Dubai Mahal Road, Bahawalpur. The Director PHA Ms. Robina Abbasi and Director Colleges Bahawalpur Dr. M .ISHFAQ were invited as chief guest.
